How to Order

  1. Browse through our collections under ‘Shop’.
  2. Go to ‘Collection’ on the right hand side of the website, and click on the respective collection you want to view.
  3. Click on thumbnail to view more information of the product.
  4. To purchase, input quantity and click on ‘Add To Cart’ button.
  5. To purchase another item or more items, repeat Step 4.
  6. To proceed with your purchase, click ‘Check Out’.
  7. Check and confirm your selected item(s).
  8. Input your details (Name, Mailing Address, Email Address, Contact Number) Please ensure that all details are ACCURATE and FULL.
  9. Click ‘Purchase/Order’ to complete the procedure.
  10. An auto-generated email would be sent to you.
  11. We would check on the stock availability, and would revert within 48 hours with a confirmation email indicating the payment details.
  12. Please proceed to make your payment within 24 hours after we send out the confirmation email.
  13. Reply us when payment has been made with the following details (Name, IBank Nick, Amount transferred, Date and time transferred, reference/transaction number)
  14. Your item(s) will be mailed to you within 3 – 5 days.

Payment Options

We only accept payment transfer via POSB/DBS IBanking or ATM Transfer. We will send you a confirmation email regarding the item(s) you have ordered and the dispatch of order(s). Thus, DO NOT make any payment transfer before receiving the confirmation email. Payment is to be made strictly within 24 hours after the confirmation email is sent out by Citrus Alley.

If payment is not made within 24 hours, the order(s) will be taken as void and you will be blacklisted by Citrus Alley. Therefore, please ensure that you are really confirmed on getting the item(s) so that we can facilitate a smooth transaction. Kindly note that once you have confirmed and check out your order(s), you will not be able to make any changes to your order. Therefore, please ensure that every detail is correct before checking out. Thank You.

Prices are not inclusive of Registered Postage Mail. However, if you opt for Registered Postage Mail, you have to pay $3.00 on top of your purchase(s).

Registered Postage Mail:
Total purchase(s) + $3.00
Eg: Dress ($27.00) + Bag ($20.00) + $3.00 = $50.00

Normal Postage Mail:
Normal Postage Mail is waived by us.

CITRUS ALLEY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OF MAIL BY NORMAL POSTAGE. REGISTERED MAIL IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Return Policy

Goods sold are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. However, in the event of Citrus Alley making the wrong shipment, we will be liable for the postage cost of the customers. Products must be returned unworn and unwashed.
